I had the opportunity to use Bio-One's services for a complete apartment clean out (furniture and cleaning) and cleaning dog urine from the kitchen floor, cabinet posts and the urine had gotten underneath the flooring on the subfloor. Angela and Mick came out for a pre-service assessment and were very professional and friendly. The work done was perfect, smell was gone, apartment was clean and ready to occupy to new tenants. With that all said, and as ecstatic as I was with every aspect of the services she’s provided - I was deeply touched by the obvious personal and professional regards to what was best for my beloved family member. Angela and her team were amazing on a 25+ year cleanup of our brother's home! Everyone was kind, cheerful, and hardworking. I don't know what I would have done without Angela and Mick. My parents home was in the worst condition you can imagine, and then compile your worst nightmares. We used Bio-One to empty and then deep clean and sanitize the apartment used by my mother in law in an assisted living facility. We asked a couple of vendors to come and inspect and provide a quote. Bio-One was the only vendor to arrive on time and prepare a thorough and professional proposal. We engaged them for the work and they provided excellent service.
