Very hard to ask for help.. they deliver with integrity!!!

We used Bio-One to empty and then deep clean and sanitize the apartment used by my mother in law in an assisted living facility. We asked a couple of vendors to come and inspect and provide a quote. Bio-One was the only vendor to arrive on time and prepare a thorough and professional proposal. We engaged them for the work and they provided excellent service. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing help.

I had the opportunity to use Bio-One's services for a complete apartment clean out (furniture and cleaning) and cleaning dog urine from the kitchen floor, cabinet posts and the urine had gotten underneath the flooring on the subfloor. Angela and Mick came out for a pre-service assessment and were very professional and friendly. The work done was perfect, smell was gone, apartment was clean and ready to occupy to new tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend or utilize Angela and her team over and over again. I was very pleased.

I don't know what I would have done without Angela and Mick. My parents home was in the worst condition you can imagine, and then compile your worst nightmares. Angela managed the communication process, and she helped me not feel shame or embarrassment for what had once been my childhood home. They were able to retrieve a very small amount of salvageable belongings, which was more than I had hoped for. Even at the worst points of the process, Angela's calm and empathetic demeanor was out of this world. I am thankful that I was able to meet Angela and Mick in person to thank them. Since I live out of state, they were also able to coordinate with other service providers I had to enlist during this process. There is no other provider in the space that I could make a higher recommendation for, after doing quite a bit of research. Thank you Angela and Mick.

Angela and Mick, of Bio-One Goodyear, gave me the kickstart I needed. With a new puppy, and an injured back…I let things “ go”. Really go. My condo is now organized with everything in its place. It’s clean! It’s been a few days, and I can’t believe how good it looks, and how much better I feel. I think with any mess, there is shame involved, but Angela and Mick eradicated the shame and the mess.

Angela and her team were amazing on a 25+ year cleanup of our brother's home! Everyone was kind, cheerful, and hardworking. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to help themselves and/or loved ones through difficult life situations. I've been in tears since yesterday for the generosity of these people.
