Well right out of the gate I want to say words will never adequately portray how strongly I feel about Angela and her team. Stellar work ethics and service! That is nothing compared to the compassion and empathy she has towards her clients. Her experience and wisdom is woven through every aspect of the job at hand - NO MATTER HOW BIG and OVERWHELMING. Not to mention the timeliness of everything done while providing a safe non judgmental environment for us by seeing through the lens of our family members glasses. Thorough accurate estimates, effective coordinating with all aspects and possible issues; removal, detail to retention of items (even every penny found!), comprehensive connections from construction, bee removal, dump fees and services, to realtors - if you decide, like we did - to make a huge detour and sell instead of placing our family member back in a beautiful clean home. Her services and team worked at presenting the cleanest and safest home for prospective buyers too. Angela and her team went way above and beyond the required elements of the job at hand by becoming family members while keeping and doing a superior and as previously stated “stellar” job. I was doubly impressed with how all additional teams responded and carried a high regard and respect for her. Her team obviously felt the same way as they worked long, hot and heavy days with smiles and uplifting attitudes. With that all said, and as ecstatic as I was with every aspect of the services she’s provided - I was deeply touched by the obvious personal and professional regards to what was best for my beloved family member. I would go all in and proudly say that this was more than a personal business for her and her team —— but a true calling ……..

I had the opportunity to use Bio-One's services for a complete apartment clean out (furniture and cleaning) and cleaning dog urine from the kitchen floor, cabinet posts and the urine had gotten underneath the flooring on the subfloor. Angela and Mick came out for a pre-service assessment and were very professional and friendly. The work done was perfect, smell was gone, apartment was clean and ready to occupy to new tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend or utilize Angela and her team over and over again. I was very pleased.

We used Bio-One to empty and then deep clean and sanitize the apartment used by my mother in law in an assisted living facility. We asked a couple of vendors to come and inspect and provide a quote. Bio-One was the only vendor to arrive on time and prepare a thorough and professional proposal. We engaged them for the work and they provided excellent service. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Angela and her team were amazing on a 25+ year cleanup of our brother's home! Everyone was kind, cheerful, and hardworking. We would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to help themselves and/or loved ones through difficult life situations. I've been in tears since yesterday for the generosity of these people.

I don't know what I would have done without Angela and Mick. My parents home was in the worst condition you can imagine, and then compile your worst nightmares. Angela managed the communication process, and she helped me not feel shame or embarrassment for what had once been my childhood home. They were able to retrieve a very small amount of salvageable belongings, which was more than I had hoped for. Even at the worst points of the process, Angela's calm and empathetic demeanor was out of this world. I am thankful that I was able to meet Angela and Mick in person to thank them. Since I live out of state, they were also able to coordinate with other service providers I had to enlist during this process. There is no other provider in the space that I could make a higher recommendation for, after doing quite a bit of research. Thank you Angela and Mick.

These guys were fantastic and very effective at a cleanup needed in a home we listed - it had been smoked in for 20 years and after 50 agent showings not a single mention of any odors. I will definitely be using these folks again
