I don't know what I would have done without Angela and Mick. My parents home was in the worst condition you can imagine, and then compile your worst nightmares. Angela managed the communication process, and she helped me not feel shame or embarrassment for what had once been my childhood home. They were able to retrieve a very small amount of salvageable belongings, which was more than I had hoped for. Even at the worst points of the process, Angela's calm and empathetic demeanor was out of this world. I am thankful that I was able to meet Angela and Mick in person to thank them. Since I live out of state, they were also able to coordinate with other service providers I had to enlist during this process.
